The radar sensor is used by several driver support systems to detect other
vehicles.

The radar sensor is used by the following functions:
- Distance Alert*
- Adaptive Cruise Control*
- Pilot Assist*
- Lane Keeping Aid
- City Safety
- Steering assistance at risk of collision
Any modifications to the radar sensor may make its use illegal.

The Cruise Control (CC1) function must be selected and activated
in order to regulate speed.
In order to start Cruise Control from standby mode, the vehicle's current speed
must be 30 km/h (20 mph) or higher.

The vehicle can be switched off using the start knob in the tunnel console.
